- Dear friend, thank you for booking Jiuzhaigou Grass-roots Youth hostels, here is our booking process:
- Step 1:
Please visit our website www.7jzg.com, Click online booking column, or send an email to china8628@hotmail.com .Tell us which room type you prefer. And we will contact you in 24 hours.
- Please call us 86-837-7764926 7764922 to book your room.
Or
Book rooms with help of our chain hostels Daocheng Grass-roots Youth hostels or Mt. Emei Grass-roots Youth hostels, you will get a pretty discount price.
- Step 2:
Please pay full room price when you check in and keep the transfer receipt. And then inform us to make a reservation.
- Step 3:
Please contact us before 6:00pm on your check-in day. When you arrive in Jiuzhaigou, show your receipt to front desk when you check in.
- Notice
If you change your plan or meet some unexpect things you need adjust your check-in time, please inform us 48 hours before you arrive in Jiuzhaigou Valley.
We do not make a reservation if you did not pay your room in advance.
- Cancellation& Refunding
You may cancel your reservation after it is confirmed with payment; you will be liable to pay cancellation charges. Cancellation charges are as follows:
a. Cancellation of a room 48 hours before your tour start date, 20% of room price as cancellation fee will be charged.
b. Cancellation of a room no show at 18:00 on your check in day, 100% of room price fare will be charged.

6. If you need airport pick-up service, please tell us flight number and arriving time.
Housing fund to pay way
To avoid low show, if you want to live in our hostels, please contact with our agency to pre-delivery the housing fund by bank and net. After you pre-delivery the deposit, please confirm with our agency. The telephone number is 0837-7764926 7764922. Please leave your telephone number, your name and other information at the same time. We will confirm on net till we receive the deposit.
Hint: In future, we don’t reserve the bed, if you don’t pre-delivery the deposit.
